EleWrap does not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report the issue to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery, providing an image of the delivered item. Our team may contact you for additional details if required.
Options for Resolution:
If your complaint is validated, you may choose one of the following options:
- Re-delivery of the product.
- A refund in the original mode of payment (the amount will reflect in your account within 7-10 working days according to standard banking timelines).
Refunds Not Offered in the Following Cases:
- If the item is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
- If the recipient is not present at the delivery address or refuses to accept the delivery.
- If product quality concerns arise due to improper handling of the product after delivery.
Important Notes:
- Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery. We will not be able to register any complaints after this period.
- Complaints regarding non-delivery must be made within 15 days of the scheduled delivery date. We will not be able to register any complaints after this period.
- For quality assurance, we may require a reverse pickup of the product before proceeding with re-delivery.
- We do not accept any requests for product exchanges.
- If we are unable to supply all or part of your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment for the undelivered portion.
Processing Online Refunds:
Online refunds will be processed by EleWrap upon confirmation via email or phone call to the customer. Once processed, refunds may take 10 to 15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on standard banking timelines.
Pricing Policy
Currency: All prices on EleWrap are listed in INR (Indian Rupees).
Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

- Standard Shipping : 5-7 working days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 working days (additional charges apply)
Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.
International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
